The Devil and Miss Jones -- Yes. It has some first class Jean Arthur riffs. Bob Cummings has a few moments, too ("He's not very bright, is he?." "No . . . but he's wonderful.") It's true about the cover. The artwork does blow. If I passed this in a video store, I wouldn't even give it a look.Did you ever see Graham's show "Mind Your Own Business"? I think there were only a few episodes. That's the show that I started following her career on.

This is an absurd comment. Tiny number? Anyone with a family and/or a desire to have their own queue...which is really most everyone I would think. A family of four (father, mother 2 kids) would need 4 netflix accounts? I don't think so.You can enable parental controls on XBOX 360 and it will honor the ratings in Netflix videos and lock them out (so you need a password) to view. This is better than nothing but we really need profiles/queues to work how we would expect them to.

I called them today and was told they removed the Friends link from the top of the pages because "there was no room for it". That's apparently what the support people are being told to tell customers. No room? I'm looking at that menu bar being 75% blank. I made a request to put the link back at the top.DVD Commentary tracks and NF's lack of detailed description.
I also use commentaries to improve my appreciation of movies whenever available and when the commentary is germane to the movie. Sometime the commentary may be germane to the director or some such with may or may not improve my appreciation of the movie.However, I gather from reading the descriptions on Netflix and other rental sites that the descriptions are contracted or borrowed from other sources. One rental site even tells you which source they once used.

I have promoted you to admin. if you would like to be in charge of the Independent genre page?
All you have to do is change your photo on this page, into one that you think is a good avatar for the Independent genre.
Then design the page as you see fit.
I have a question - do you think we should call the genre 'Independent and Art House Cinema' or would that be redundant b/c they are basically the same thing?

You do not have to limit the lists on the genre page to Independent only, you can include related genres.
You also have the option to use an RSS feed from another genre page here, such as the 'GLB&B Portal'. For examples , see the bottom of the page at both the Horror & Sci-Fi Portals. [2MaCabre has offered his assistance with the RSS feeds]
Also, I was wondering what your thoughts on the GLB&T Portal are? I was worried that it might seem more oriented toward men then both men & women...
Anyhow if you need help with anything feel free to ask any of us -we are just figuring it out as we go along :)
